When variant or product is sold out it uses the featured image instead of the image of the sold out variant on the collection page. This happens for example when filtering products by color. Sold out products or variants do not match the selected color in the filter, they always display the featured image instead. So what happens for example is that you have green and all other colors of products among blue products when filtering by blue color.

This addon corrects the image of sold out product variant when filtered by color. Always the correct color variant will be there no matter if the product or variant is sold out or not. Now all blue product variants will correctly display variants with blue images.
