Cashout Message

This addon displays a notice on cash out page if member has not enough money in balance. Instead of seeing all the payment methods and trying if cashing out would work with too low balance (which many members love to do).

With this addon it is very clear to a member right away that he/she cannot cash out when he/she does not have enough money in his/her balance. Also it stops members from trying to cashout with too low balance.
