If customer is an individual, customer represents and warrants to Razizehtv.com that he or she is at least 18 years of age. Razizehtv.com may rely on the instructions of the person listed as the customer's contact on the order with regard to customer's account until customer has provided a written notice changing the customer's contact.

2. Use of the License

3.5. You are NOT allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display code, sell, license, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any addon or part of any addon without the prior written consent of Razizehtv.com.
3.6. Addons are provided "as is" with no warranties. You use the addons at your own risk. Razizehtv.com cannot be held liable for any damages or issues caused to you or to your site by using the addons, including, but not limited to security breaks.

4. Payments to Razizehtv.com

4.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
4.2. All payments made to Razizehtv.com are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
4.3. We only accept payments through verified PayPal, Payza, Perfectmoney; Bitcoin, Payeer.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Prices for products offered may change at any time, and Razizehtv.com does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
5.2. You agree to our no refund policy on products. Attempting to refund or chargeback will cancel your license and revoke your rights to any scripts, addons and other products.
5.3. All disputes and overcharges must be reported directly to Razizehtv.com, in writing, within thirty (30) days. Any customer that initiates a chargeback, reversal, retrieval request, or other dispute with PayPal and/or Payza (dispute) will be immediately suspended or terminated pending investigation. The customer agrees to pay a research fee of $35.00 USD per dispute regardless of the actual validity of the charge.

(b) customer fails to cooperate with any reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of the ToS;
(c) Razizehtv.com reasonably believes that the suspension of service is necessary to protect its network or its other customers, or
(d) as requested by a law enforcement or regulatory agency. Customer shall pay Razizehtv.com 's reasonable reinstatement fee if service is reinstituted following a suspension of service under this subsection.

8. Requests for Customer Information

8.1. Customer agrees that Razizehtv.com may, without notice to customer,
(a) report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by customer or any of customer's customers or end users that Razizehtv.com believes violates applicable law, and
(b) provide any information that it has about customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.

9. Changes to Razizehtv.com 's Network

9.1. Upgrades and other changes in Razizehtv.com 's network, including, but not limited to changes in its software, hardware, and service providers, may affect the display or operation of customer's hosted content and/or applications. Razizehtv.com reserves the right to change its network in its commercially reasonable discretion, and Razizehtv.com shall not be liable for any resulting harm to customer.

10. Limitations and Liability

10.1. In no event shall Razizehtv.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Razizehtv.com 's Internet site, even if Razizehtv.com or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 14. Refuse of the Service

14.1. Razizehtv.com reserves the right to refuse service to any active or in-active customers for any reason it deems necessary.
